This pool is 15 metres by 6 metres and the depth varies between .0.9 meters and 1.8 metres. The temperature is usually approx 86 degrees and is very well suited to parent and child, non swim, stroke improvers and adults.
Directions.
- From the Army and Navy proceed along Baddow Road towards Great Baddow, after approx 100yds turn left into Meadgate Avenue. Proceed along Meadgate Avenue passed Meadgate shops on the right and take the next left into Mascalls Way. At the bottom of Mascalls Way turn right and drive through the gates into the school car park. Additional parking is also available if you turn left as you approach the school then go through the white gates by the side of the caretaker’s house to a further car park, there is a path way on to the playground, the pool is a yellow brick building at the end of the playground.
- From the Fire station at Great Baddow turn right down Longmead Avenue. Proceed for approx 0.7 of a mile until you come to the first set of flats then turn right into Mascalls Way.
- From the White Horse Public House proceed down the hill to mini roundabout go straight over take the second right into Longfield Road then turn left into Meadgate Avenue then take the second right into Mascalls Way.
